How Small changes can make huge impacts one day at a time

Small changes over time can lead to huge benefits to your health and wellness and impacts every aspect of your daily well being.

 Every switch you make over time effects your health little by little.  Start by swapping out one or two of your chemical cleaning products or body care products at a time and add more changes slowly as you adjust.  It can be overwhelming trying to change too many things at once. Becoming healthy shouldn't feel like a task.  I made slow moves over the past 7 years and now we are mostly toxin free in our household.  So now if I feel like going out and overindulging or keeping a few of my favorite chemical products until I am ready to give them up it is no worry because I know that I am doing the best I can at every step and I will get there when I get there.  It has worked so far.
