Panko breaded basil chicken with lemon capers sauce recipe

Panko Breaded Basil Chicken with Lemon Capers Sauce
Ingredients:
2-3 Chicken Breasts
1/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup flour 
1 Cup Panko bread crumbs
2 drops Lemon Vitality essential oil
1 drop Basil Vitality (or Rosemary) essential oil
 2 Tbls. Butter or oil of choice
Directions:
First, mix essential oils into the milk.
For thick chicken breasts cut in half lengthwise to make them thinner so they cook quicker. Next, coat each chicken breast with flour, then dip into the milk and essential oils mixture and coat with Panko Bread crumbs.
Pan fry the breaded chicken breasts for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or a little longer for thicker meat.

Lemon Caper Sauce: 
This is great on fish, chicken breasts, etc… Nice light delicious sauce.
Ingredients:
2 teaspoon capers, drained and rinsed
4 tablespoons butter
1 small clove garlic, finely minced
15 drops Lemon Vitality essential oil
Directions:
If capers are large, chop them first. Otherwise they can remain whole.
In a small skillet, melt butter; add garlic, lemon juice, zest, and capers. Simmer over low heat for about 30 seconds. Stir in parsley. Remove from heat.
Makes enough sauce to drizzle over 4 tuna steaks, chicken breasts, or salmon fillets.
