Slim down and detox today! Delicious Citrus- Mint Detox Water Recipe!

Look and Feel your best with a Refreshing...

Citrus- Mint Detox Water
This delicious infused water recipe is great for your body and your health. It has a wonderful combination of just the right fruits and veggies that not only taste great, but also hydrate, aid digestion, detoxify your body, and help you slim down for a vacation or big event. Start drinking the infused water for a week or so before your event to look and feel your best!
I think it tastes great, so I drink it all the time.  If I don't have fresh citrus fruits, I will use my essential oils to substitute. 1 drop Lemon or Lime Vitality Essential Oil, and 1 drop Orange Vitality, 1 drop peppermint or Spearmint Vitality. Or just 1 drop Citrus Fresh Vitality and One drop of mint vitality.
I notice much more energy after drinking Citrus Essential oils in my water on a regular basis too. I pretty much only drink water throughout the day, so the added flavor of the fresh fruits and the essential oils are so much more refreshing and tasty.
My hubby is pretty resistant to change...and he also enjoys adding the Citrus essential oils to his water now too.

**Not all essential oils are safe to consume so be sure to do your research first.






  • Infusion bottle
  •  2-3 slices of orange, sliced thin, peels included
  •  2 slices of lemon, sliced thin, peels included
  • 2 Slices Lime (optional), sliced thin, peels included
  • 2-3 slices of cucumber, sliced thin, peels included
  • 3-4 mint leaves, leave whole
  • Add a drop or two of essential oils of choice.(optional) or in place of ingredients you don't have on hand.
  • 20 oz. of Ice Cold water

Slice your fruit and veggies very thin for best results. Then add them to the infuser module or to your pitcher of ice cold water. Allow your fruits, veggies, and mint leaves to sit in the ice cold water in the fridge for at least a couple of hours to absorb their maximum nutrients. you can use for up to 3 refills. Be sure to discard and start over after 24 hours.
