Every switch you make over time effects your health little by little. Start by swapping out one or two of your chemical cleaning products or body care products at a time and add more changes slowly as you adjust. It can be overwhelming trying to change too many things at once. Becoming healthy shouldn't feel like a task. I made slow moves over the past 7 years and now we are mostly toxin free in our household. So now if I feel like going out and overindulging or keeping a few of my favorite chemical products until I am ready to give them up it is no worry because I know that I am doing the best I can at every step and I will get there when I get there. It has worked so far.
